-12C, feels like -22C (10F - 7F). There's always somewhere colder somewhere warmer, but this is what it looks like where I am right now, here today. The swans and ducks below the window are relishing the small area of open water graciously provided by the jets that keep the water from freezing around the boats used for summer tours and parties. A small look of just one moment through my eyes.

I get cold just looking at that picture! It's pretty cold where I live, but not that cold!
